Andrea Tantaros. The latest Fox News host to sue in connection with alleged sexual harassment by former Fox CEO Roger Ailes is just getting started. According to her attorney a second round of legal action is being planned targeting the company as a whole and top Fox News executives who may still be on the job.
Katie Couric. It has been learned that toward the end of her time at CBS News, Couric voluntarily cut her salary by one million dollars to prevent layoffs on her staff. Part of the deal included a promise to keep the gesture private.
New York Times/CBS News Poll. The long running polling partnership between the two legacy news titans may be coming to an end after this election. Several decades ago, the three major broadcast networks paired up for polling collaboratives with the Times, the Washington Post(ABC) and the Wall St. Journal(NBC). Now NBC often touts its partnership with Survey Monkey – which just doesn’t have the same ring to it.
